FAMILY MARATHON

Just for fun!

This event is all about fun — open to everyone, even the little ones! There’s no timing, and no medical certificate is required to register.

The start will be at 9:30 AM, but meet us at 9:00 AM on the start line (in front of the Villefranche-sur-Saône Town Hall) for a fun warm-up session!

The route: a 2.5 km loop through the heart of Villefranche-sur-Saône.
Participants can choose to do one or two loops, depending on how they feel.

Just like all events of the International Beaujolais Marathon, those taking part in the Family Marathon are warmly encouraged to come in costume — the more creative, the better!

This event is specially designed for children:

• Children up to 11 years old must be accompanied by an adult (1 adult may supervise up to 2 children).

• From age 12 and up, children may run on their own.
